A: Contact the contractor who had finished the installation work for you, and have them contact us. If you have made the purchase, please come to us to talk about your issues with the receipt. If you have just purchased your home, please contact the previous owner or the builder for the purchase information. If it is an installation or on-site related issue, it will not be qualified to claim for warranty.
