A: We do not recommend products from other manufacturers since we have not tested the products. If you decide to choose accessories from other manufacturers, you should contact the dealer you made the purchase from for recommendations. And yes, it will affect your warranty if you use other brands with our products. Our floor and accessories are engineered to work together; if you experience any issues, we will only repair or replace the defects on our products.
Q: What is the difference between laminate and hardwood flooring?
A: Laminate flooring and hardwood flooring are designed differently to beautify your home.

A: All of the laminate floors contain a certain amount of formaldehyde for cohesion. No need to worry, we only carry quality products guaranteed by our suppliers. Part of our laminate flooring that is produced in China is tested and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). Not only us, all of the fabrication companies receive tests from the lab and licenses renewed on regular basis.

A: The Uniclic System is a more secure and durable system for your laminate and hardwood installation. The Uniclic system offers special-designed grooves for the panels to fit seamless together, and the surface protects against any excessive moisture.
